  • Which brands of car seats/strollers do you clean?

    All of them! Or simply speaking, we’ve yet to come across a brand or style that I’m unable to clean properly. If you happen to be the first, a full refund is guaranteed.

  • How long does the cleaning take?

    Most cleanings are completed within 24-36 hours. Basic cleans can often be finished the same day, while deep and emergency cleans may take longer to ensure the seat is fully dry and sanitized before it’s returned.

  • What areas do you serve for pick-up/drop-off?

    We offer pickup and drop-off within San Diego city limits. If you’re outside our standard service area, we may still be able to help - just send us your zip code for a custom quote. For DIY drop-off, our home base is in 92101.

  • Which cleaning products do you use?

    We use only non-toxic, baby-safe products that are tough on messes but gentle on your child’s seat and skin. Additionally, we follow each manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure your seat stays safe and warranty-compliant. current lineup includes:

  • Do you clean after vomit, potty accidents, or mold?

    Yes! Our Emergency Clean service is designed for life’s messiest moments, including vomit, potty accidents, and heavy soiling. We use targeted enzyme treatments, extra sanitizing, and thorough drying to remove mess, odor, and bacteria - always following your seat’s manufacturer guidelines.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

    Yes! We understand life happens. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Changes made with less notice may be subject to a small fee to cover reserved time.
